Chef’s Specials is our range of coated fries that stay hot and crispy longer, perfect for delivery, takeaway or buffet restaurants. We cut our potatoes into perfectly sized fries and cover them in our special crispy coating. Whether it’s for in your restaurant, or for customers to enjoy at home. Serve hot and crispy fries, anytime, anywhere.

These premium fries are 7mm thick and extra long.

  • Deep fryer: Deep fry small quantities in hot oil (175°C/347°F) for 2:15 - 3:15 minutes Oven: Preheat the oven to 220°C/425°F. Place frozen product in a single layer on a baking tray with baking paper. Bake for 8:00-13:00 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.

  • Potato (90%), Sunflower Oil (5%), Modified Starches, Maltodextrin, Starches, Rice Flour, Salt, Raising Agents (E450i, E500ii), Stabiliser (E415).
